Remote monitoring that works standalone or alongside SCADA.
Bring pressure, temperature, pulse and equipment conditions online over cellular. View them in DFELAB's cloud from anywhere or deliver the data into an existing SCADA environment through supported integrations.

Not every asset needs a new automation buildout. It still deserves visibility.
R3CON is designed for assets where manual checks are expensive, information arrives too late, or adding conventional field telemetry is difficult. It can stand alone with DFELAB's cloud or complement an existing SCADA program.
Pressure monitoring
Watch wellhead, line, vessel or process pressure and flag conditions that deserve attention.
Temperature monitoring
Track multiple temperature points on equipment, piping or processes from one remote unit.
Pulse and counters
Count approved pulse events from meters, counters and compatible field devices.
RS-485 integration
Interface with compatible Modbus or RS-485 equipment where the application calls for it.
The goal is not to eliminate field work. It is to know when field work is justified.
The same field data becomes an operating picture.
This interactive demo uses randomized telemetry styled after the R3CON pressure and temperature backend. It shows the type of status, device-health and trend information an operator can see without visiting the site.
Demo note: Values are simulated in the browser and are not customer data.
Make the pressure alarm happen yourself.
Change the line pressure, temperature and low-pressure threshold, then send the next simulated 15-minute post. The workflow shows device sampling, LTE transport, backend storage, stateful rule evaluation, duplicate-alert suppression and recovery.
Interactive simulation: The field conditions and event stream are simulated. You can optionally send the triggered demo alert to your own email or mobile number to experience the notification workflow end to end.
One field platform, configured around the application.
Depending on hardware configuration, R3CON can combine field sensing, cellular communication, local storage and web reporting in a single deployment.
- Pressure inputs including common analog industrial signal types.
- Multiple K-type thermocouple channels.
- Pulse input for compatible meter or counter signals.
- RS-485 field communication.
- Cellular telemetry and remote reporting.
- Local data storage for field resilience.
- Battery and power-state monitoring.
Remote pressure and temperature monitoring is most valuable when it changes a field decision.
Pressure and temperature data should answer an operational question: Is the site behaving normally? Is a line trending toward a problem? Does an operator need to drive there now, later, or not at all? R3CON is designed to collect selected field signals, report them over cellular and keep enough history to make changes visible.
For sites that need closed-loop control, high-speed process logic or safety-system integration, the existing PLC/RTU and SCADA architecture remains the control layer. R3CON can still provide additional field visibility and pass data into those systems through API, FTP or custom views when that is the preferred workflow.

Extend remote visibility beyond the field points your SCADA already sees.
R3CON can complement an operator's primary SCADA platform by connecting uninstrumented assets, remote exceptions and field points that are still checked manually. Those readings can stay in DFELAB or be delivered into the existing SCADA workflow.
R3CON is strongest where a specific field reading can change whether, when or why someone travels to the site. The signal and architecture should follow that operating need.
