Bring us one problem site. Let the data earn the rollout.
Qualified R3CON field trials are designed around a measurable operating outcome at one to three sites. Trial hardware is subject to availability, and specialized sensors or installation costs may apply.
The best trials start with a recurring field problem.
A strong trial starts with a repeatable operating problem and a clear way to tell whether remote visibility improved the current workflow.
- A site that requires repetitive manual checks.
- A condition that is currently discovered too late.
- A meter or process value that is difficult to see remotely.
- A group of similar sites that could justify expansion if the first trial works.
Submitting this application does not guarantee free hardware. DFELAB can prioritize qualified projects as evaluation hardware becomes available and can structure other low-risk trial options when appropriate.
Four gates before a larger deployment.
Qualify
Confirm the field signal, problem, economics and expansion potential.
Define success
Agree on what the data must prove before installation.
Run the trial
Collect enough real operating data to compare with the existing workflow.
Decide
Expand, modify or stop based on the evidence.
