The R3CON unit is the most cost-effective asset monitoring system on the market.
We have worked for 5+ years with companies such as British Petroleum & IKAV Energy Inc. creating an asset monitoring system. Our focus was to develop a cost-effective solution which was serviceable, configurable and could be rapidly deployed. It also needed to be adaptable to many different locations’ needs.
R3CON deployment is MINUTES and can be installed by a novice or seasoned staff.
These units are very complex but have a simple, user-friendly design, making them perfect for installation and use. The functions they have work directly with our needs and excel in our expectations.
With over three decades of software development, we have created an intuitive software package. Users can create new configurations, add locations, and build alerting situations targeting specific sensors with ease.
In minutes you can create your first device configuration, import locations, and set up alert thresholds.
Our team of seasoned experts is here to ensure your team has the tools to identify issues as soon as they arise.
Although AI has been promoted in recent industry marketing materials. DFE LAB has deemed it a possible threat for AI to track, log, or have the locations of our client’s assets.
At no point in our company’s past/future will we use AI to integrate with your data.
Instead, we will be using our custom software to output current values and base alert triggers on that data. We also allow the data to directly flow to your system, such as Wonderware, via data exports at which point your team can create alerting situations.
1. Secure the magnetized enclosure to your desired location.
2. Position the magnetized solar panel on the southmost side of the enclosure.
3. Run the thermocouples to the desired locations.
4. Plumb the gas line to the pressure sensor, ensure you’re using a spanner to hold the inside of the pressure sensor while you tighten it.
5. Use the mobile-friendly app to connect the unit by selecting your desired location and scanning the QR code.
6. Turn the unit on with the toggle switch inside.
The unit is now successfully connected to the network and linked to your system, gathering data in 15-minute increments.
Our engineers have developed a low-cost service to send data to and from the units. This eliminates any radio noise or load to the clients’ critical safety networks.
All R3CON units are equipped with LTE and LoRaWan network access, to ensure the best communication possible with a low entry cost for the client.
