R3CON Remote Monitoring

Remote field visibility, with or without an existing SCADA system.

Monitor gas usage, pressure, temperature, pulse/flow and field conditions over cellular. Use DFELAB's cloud backend from anywhere, or integrate R3CON data into existing SCADA through API, FTP or custom views.

What are you trying to stop driving out to check?

R3CON is one flexible platform, but we sell and deploy it around a specific operational outcome.

Gas Meter Monitoring

I need gas usage before the bill arrives.

Turn an approved meter pulse output into remote interval usage, reporting and site-level visibility.

Remote Field Monitoring

I need data from sites that are not visible remotely today.

Bring pressure, temperature, pulse and equipment status online without building a traditional automation project around every location.

FreezeGuard

I need warning before cold becomes downtime.

Watch critical temperatures remotely and alert the right people before a freeze condition becomes a shutdown or field emergency.

One map. Dozens of remote sites. Attention goes to the exceptions.

This simulated fleet shows how an operator can move from a regional view to a single site, then load that site's telemetry into the live dashboard.

Field trial strategy

Start with one problem site. Prove the value before you expand.

Our field-trial process starts with the cost of the problem, not the feature list.

  • Identify a site that causes unnecessary trips, delayed information or recurring operational uncertainty.
  • Define what success means before hardware is installed.
  • Monitor the site long enough to compare R3CON data with the current workflow.
  • Expand only if the data makes the business case.
How the Field Trial Works
Limited trial inventory

Bring us your hardest-to-justify site.

Qualified trials can focus on one to three locations. Trial hardware is subject to availability, and application-specific installation or sensor costs may apply.

Already trusted by the operator? Put R3CON in your product bag.

R3CON gives integrators a flexible telemetry option for remote or difficult sites, with DFELAB cloud access or integration into the customer's existing SCADA and data workflows.

Remote monitoring for oil & gas and gas measurement

Use remote monitoring where the cost of not knowing is larger than the cost of connecting the site.

R3CON is most useful when a field team is making repetitive trips for information, a measurement value arrives too late, or a remote asset needs a practical path into the DFELAB cloud or an existing SCADA workflow.

Typical applications include remote line or vessel pressure, multi-point temperature, gas meter pulse telemetry, freeze-risk visibility and selected RS-485 field data. R3CON can be the complete monitoring layer for an uninstrumented site or an additional field-data source for an existing automation system. The goal is to make the right information visible where operators already work.

Good R3CON candidates

  • Remote sites checked mainly to confirm normal conditions.
  • Existing meters with an authorized pulse or data output but no practical telemetry.
  • Pressure or temperature points that matter operationally but are not visible remotely or not currently integrated into SCADA.
  • Groups of similar sites where one successful field trial can inform a larger rollout.
