From cold condition to notification

Drive the low-point temperature through a real alert cycle.

Change the critical temperature and warning threshold, send a simulated post, then keep it below threshold or raise it through the recovery point. The backend event stream shows when notifications fire, when repeated alerts are suppressed, and when the condition clears.

Freeze monitoring strategy

A useful freeze alarm is tied to the equipment, not just the weather forecast.

Ambient temperature tells you conditions are cold. Equipment and line temperatures tell you what is happening at the asset. A FreezeGuard deployment should place sensors at the points that become vulnerable first, define warning thresholds around the actual process and route the warning to somebody who can act.

Historical temperature and optional pressure trends also help teams review what happened before and during a cold event, which can improve sensor placement and response procedures for the next one. Teams can work entirely in the DFELAB cloud or integrate the same selected field data into their existing SCADA, historian or enterprise workflow.
